The rates at which you pay cleaners for each turn-over of your home depend upon how many bedrooms, bathrooms and/or laundry loads it has. Therefore, you know what you'll be paying each time you want to clean an airbnb rental property and you won't have to guess. If a host is going to rent their place over and over again during the high season they can reserve a spot for a certain amount of money for every weekend (or week) that they're renting. They will also be able to schedule mid-week cleans or deep cleans when they decide to go into the off-season. Guests may damage items after checking out and therefore they should be cleaned and inspected prior to new guests arriving. Cleaners can cancel at the last minute. We hold a slot open on the day of booking if this occurs so that another guest isn't left without a cleaner.

A single bedroom rental home takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The time may vary depending upon the size of the house. For example, if there is laundry on-site then additional time is needed and this has been included in your requested timeframe.
Are same-day and back-to-back cleanings available?
Yes. Availability will depend on our scheduling during high demand weekends.
Will you provide all supplies necessary to complete my cleaning?
Yes. Our team provides all professional cleaning products and tools necessary to complete the task. Typically, linen, paper goods, etc., have already been provided by the host and left on-site. Also, we will remove items from your storage closet as needed and advise you when you need to replenish these types of supplies.
Where do you currently perform services outside central Seattle?
We offer services in most neighborhoods surrounding downtown Seattle. Please contact us to confirm whether your address is part of our current route.
Will you accommodate my calendar or property manager?
Yes. If possible, please include your guest's departure/arrival time, along with any specific instructions for accessing your home, and we will schedule accordingly based on your bookings.
