Who books a house cleaning service
Engineers, Night Shift, Parents, and the “I Host on Weekends” Crowd
Clean means different things to different people, so when we’re scheduling house cleaning or condo cleaning, we’ll always ask lots of questions. We want to give you just the right level of service, whether it’s simple cleaning to get your place to ‘show ready’ or a full-on deep clean that focuses on the nooks and crannies. Usually, standard of cleanliness is in direct proportion to time-strapped professionals. This means our clientele consists largely of engineers (usually at Microsoft or Amazon), medical professionals at Harborview and Swedish (especially nurses and techs), and folks tied to the UWs various sports and other teams. There’s also a smattering of dual income parents in homes scattered from Ballard to West Seattle to Beacon Hill, not to mention a fair number of empty nesters in places like Queen Anne and Magnolia. First time condo buyers in places like Pioneer Square also hire us, usually to keep their new cabinets and fixtures in top shape. While we’re certainly available for house cleaning and Apartment Cleaning services anywhere in the city — from the commercial center downtown to the residential neighborhoods like Ravenna, Wallingford, South Lake Union and Belltown — our biggest client base is just a few blocks from the Spheres.
What a House Cleaning Visit Usually Includes
The Rooms You Live In, Not a Mystery Checklist
While the rooms we'll clean are not a mystery, the items we'll clean on counters, in sinks, on stove fronts and handles and floors that we usually leave up to clients. Everyone has their own idea of what qualifies as clean! There are the unseen areas, like inside a microwave or behind the baseboards, that we know you probably never think about, or if you do you don't want to! Most regular cleaning visits include dusting what you can see, floors, bathrooms, and if asked to making beds. Empty rooms and cabinets are saved for move out house cleaning in areas like Capitol Hill and Fremont that your landlord might check and maybe knock off part of your deposit for not cleaning the corners. Grout, anyone? How often do you need a house cleaner? If you have kids and/or pets and do a fair amount of cooking, you might want to have a cleaner come once per week. Once every two weeks is good for a condo or a house that mostly stays okay. Once a month will reset a dirty space. Whatever your needs and your budget, tell us the truth! Before your visitors show up, we’ll give you a tidy place to hang out, until the kids, the pets and/or the dog hair tumble in again.
Customer Testimonies
What Our Satisfies Seattle Customers Say
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I’m a product manager who lives near the Spheres. I hate having to wipe the coffee mark off the counter again before meetings. The apartment looks like I have taken the time for house cleaning and weekends to myself. Thank you for taking care of my kitchen and guest bath.”
— Miranda S., Product Manager, South Lake Union Seattle, WA
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I work nights at Swedish, so getting back to a clean house in Capitol Hill, especially a clean shower, is heavenly. I can’t thank you all enough and look forward to getting to a place where I can afford a cleaning every other week. I was floored by how fresh and clean you made the grout.”
— Cole L., Registered Nurse, Capitol Hill Seattle, WA
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“We’re university instructors with two kids and a dog who loves to bring home the mud from our entry, soak it in the bath, and dry off in the kitchen. Thank you for tackling this with us. Now we get the afternoon!”

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers To Your Questions Before Booking
What if we just want a one-time, deep cleaning of our house?
Most of our customers enjoy having us on a schedule, however, we often handle one-time deep cleans like move-out jobs as well. Will you clean our condo?
What about an older house?
Yes, we’ll clean just about everything. We’re even comfortable scheduling high-rises downtown! Just let us know if there are any parking conditions, elevators, or other building rules to be mindful of.
Do I need to clean my house before you arrive?
Definitely NOT! Set us loose and we’ll show you some magic. We do appreciate you clearing off the counters if you can and crating your dog if he/she gets a little weird with new people. If there’s any room you don’t want us cleaning, an old note or sticky will suffice!
Will you bring everything you need to clean our home?
Yep! We’re always prepared with supplies, but if you’d specifically prefer us to use what you already have under the sink, just let us know!
How do I get started?
We need to know more about your home, your neighborhood, and whether you want us scheduled for weekly or biweekly house cleaning, or a One-Time Cleaning. After we choose a window that works for everyone, we’ll send one of our residential house cleaning crews (who are already hard at work in your neighborhood) over to you! Give us a call at (206) 929-5990 to book your House Cleaning.
