How much notice should I provide for my cleaning appointment?
Generally, scheduling appointments at least two weeks prior to cleaning is preferred. However, if you need an emergency clean job and we're available, we'll almost always be able to fit you into one of our existing schedules.
Can I leave everything out while you clean my home?
While it certainly makes things easier when you've cleaned out all of your furniture and appliances so that we may clean under/around them, we still perform the best possible cleaning services regardless of how cluttered your home may be. Simply notify us about how many items you'd like us to work with.
Do you clean carpets? Will you also use steam cleaning for carpets?
As part of our cleaning package, we offer to vacuum every area of your home. Unfortunately, we do not include carpet steaming in our standard cleaning package. Please contact us to arrange for carpet steaming if that's something you require. In fact, many rental agreements throughout Seattle require this service to be completed by the tenant before they move. We're here to assist!
How long will it take for me to get cleaned?
