The amount you pay will depend upon the size of your space in square feet, how many bedrooms and bathrooms your apartment has and if this will be a one time appointment to get your place "deep cleaned" or an ongoing maid service. On average most one-bedroom apartments will have a relatively consistent pricing. We will provide you with a quote before we begin.

Must I be present during the service?
No. Typically our clients give us their keys, codes, etc. At their front desk, and then they go back to a freshly cleaned apartment.

How long should i expect the cleaning service to last?
The length of a cleaning service is generally determined by the number of rooms being serviced. For example, a studio usually requires approximately two hours. However, when there is also a Deep Cleaning, such as removing dust from furniture, ceiling fans, light fixtures and appliances, which may require a minimum of four hours or longer.

Will you use any supplies?
Yes, all necessary cleaning solutions and tools are provided by our company.
